Anti-ligature clothes hanger rail designed to be fitted and used in conjuction with the Anti-ligature coat hanger. The rail  can be manufactured to the size required and can be supplied in stainless steel and epoxy powder coated to any RAL number.
Can be fitted in a wardrobe and is supplied with security screws, the hangers break under abuse or attempt at ligatures but effectively hold clothing.
